EchoCare Notes records or imports a session, transcribes it on your iPhone or iPad with Apple’s speech models, and drafts a SOAP, DAP, BIRP, summary or outline note with on-device Apple Intelligence. English and Spanish, end to end. No account, no cloud, and no client data leaving the device.

On-device

Recording, transcription and note generation all run on the device, so the app works with no connection at all.
